Generating and Regenerating Binder PDFs
A Binder PDF is a printable page for an album — cover, pressing details, track list, and whatever else you've chosen to include — ready to slot into a physical binder alongside your collection.
Generating a PDF
From the album's page, use Generate Binder PDF. A cover photo is required first — add one before generating if you haven't already.
PDF Current vs. PDF Stale
Once a PDF exists, you'll see one of three states:
- PDF not generated yet — no PDF exists for this album yet.
- PDF Current — the PDF matches the album's saved information.
- PDF Stale — something about the album has changed since the PDF was generated, so the PDF on file no longer reflects the current data.
Regenerating a PDF
Regenerating uses your currently saved album information and PDF preferences — not whatever you happen to be typing in an edit form at the time. If you've made changes, save them first, then regenerate.
